If you recieved a damaged product. Then you can definitely replace the damaged product with a new one.

For replacement, jump to the Contact Us tab and call/ whatsapp us on the given number or mail us on the given email regarding your issue.

But, the replacement policy is valid till 7 days from the purchesing date. Otherwise, return and replacement is not acceptable.
